Get OptiPub Network Listing

Whether this account is listed in the OptiPub Network directory and how it appears there: name, contact email, website and logo. A listing that has never been saved comes back with suggested set and details taken from the Everflow network when one is connected, otherwise from the first active publication. everflow holds the Everflow network ID added to the listing, so other clients can add you as a partner; everflow_problem says why it is left out when the integration is set up but unusable.
