Resolve Theme

Returns the theme a record inherits (base_theme, starting from library theme base_theme_id) and its effective theme (resolved_theme), optionally with unsaved theme_id / theme_tokens applied. Pass id for a saved record and/or parent_id (the publication, or the auto responder for a variation) for an unsaved record or an unsaved parent change.
