Retrieve Campaign Groups

Returns every publication or partner that has campaigns, with its total campaign count and the count an offer wall can still place (active and not excluded). Search keeps a group when its name matches, or when one of its placeable campaigns matches on campaign name, offer name, or publication tagline. matching_campaigns_count is the number of placeable campaigns the search selects: all of them when the group name matches (matches_name), otherwise only the campaigns that match.
