Retrieve Message Statistics (Time Series)

Returns aggregated message statistics grouped over time (hour/day/month/year based on the requested range). Supports Message::advancedFilter query parameters for scoping.

The starting timestamp for the statistics window. Accepts any date/time string parseable by Carbon (ISO 8601 recommended). Values older than one year are clamped to one year ago.
