Post-conversion flow - Public

Returns the Survey and Offer Wall steps that should be shown after a subscribe or checkout, resolved from the live campaign funnel graph.

The effort that just converted.

Publication used when no effort is available (falls back to its default campaign).

Optional subscriber email MD5 from a checkout receipt. Only honored with an order_id for a purchase in the effort's campaign within the last 2 hours; otherwise the tracking cookie is used.
