Retrieve Subscriber Message History

Returns a subscriber's full message history across channels (bulk email mailings plus SMS, PUSH, and other addon messages). Accepts a subscriber ID or email address. Optionally filter by publication. Each row carries a channel column ('Email', 'SMS', 'PUSH', …).
