This a guide to Segments on OptiPub.
A segment is a list of emails that can be mailed to. There are two types of segments, static and dynamic.

A static segment is a segment that does not change on it's own. Instead, emails are added and removed by manually by an import, API request, or other action.
A dynamic segment is a segment that is built via a search. The emails on this segment will constantly change based upon the parameters of the search.
