⬅️ Auto Responders

Auto Responders are emails that get sent when they are triggered by an action. Welcome letters, unsubscribe emails, confirmation emails, etc. are all examples of auto responders. Learn more about Auto Responders or how to Create an Auto Responder.

📩 Create Message

The create message page allows you to write messages, specify who should receive them, choose precisely when they are sent and more. Learn how to Create an Email Message or Create a SMS Message. You can also Schedule a Message, Test a Message, or Cancel a Message.

✉️ Messages

The Messages page allows you to view all the messages previously sent on the OptiPub installation. Learn more about Messages.

📋 Segments

A segment is a list of emails that can be mailed to. On OptiPub, you can Create a Static Segment which is based off a list or Create a Dynamic Segment which is based off search parameters. Learn more about Segments.

🛩️ Senders

OptiPub Senders are used to define who is sending the messages from your publication. This is who your subscribers will see as the "from" email in their inbox. Learn more about Senders how to Create a Sender, Edit a Sender, or Delete a Sender.
