Partners
Partners represent the people or organizations connected to your marketing efforts. They are used for tracking, attribution, and reporting — partners are not given access to OptiPub.
A partner is required when creating a campaign. The partner configured in the campaign is the default, but other partners can be specified when generating a campaign link.
Navigate to Marketing > Partners
Partners cannot be deleted once created. They can be edited.
Partners Table
The partners list shows all partners in your account. Available columns:

Creating a Partner
- Navigate to Marketing > Partners.
- Click Create.
- Fill in the fields:

- Click Save.
Partner Detail Page
Click View on a partner to open the detail page. The page has two sections:
Info Card
The left sidebar displays the partner's key details at a glance:
- Category
- URL (linked)
- Contact Name
- Contact Email
- Active/Inactive status
Tabs
The right section contains three tabs:
Domains
A table of domains associated with this partner. Each domain is monitored for blocklist status to help you track partner link reputation.

Click Create to add a new partner domain by entering the domain name.
Messages
A table of all messages that reference this partner. Use this to see which messages have been sent through campaigns associated with the partner.
Auto Responders
A table of all auto responders associated with this partner. Useful for tracking automated email sequences tied to partner campaigns.
Everflow Integration
When the Everflow integration is enabled, OptiPub connects partners to Everflow affiliates for click and conversion tracking across both platforms.
Linking Partners to Everflow
When creating or editing a partner, the Everflow Partner field lets you link the OptiPub partner to an Everflow affiliate. This association connects OptiPub campaign activity to Everflow's tracking and reporting.
Everflow Campaign Links
When generating a campaign link, you can generate an Everflow link alongside the standard OptiPub campaign link. The Everflow link wraps the OptiPub campaign URL through Everflow's tracking, attributing clicks and conversions to the linked affiliate.
Everflow Offers
Everflow offers can be linked to OptiPub campaigns to unify click and conversion tracking. When a subscriber clicks an Everflow-tracked campaign link and converts (e.g. subscribes or purchases), both OptiPub and Everflow record the event — giving you a single view of partner performance across both systems.
Partner Categories
Partner categories help organize partners into groups (e.g. by type, relationship, or vertical). Categories support a parent-child hierarchy.
Manage categories under Administration > System Settings > Categories > Partner Categories.
