Users

The Users page displays the IDs, Names, Emails, Groups and properties for every user created in your OptiPub account. Administrators and users with permissions granted can create, update, and view all account users.

Passwords are now managed exclusively by the user. When a user is created an email will be sent to the user's email address with a temporary password.

User Management

Administration > Users

Create a New User

Navigate to Users and click the [Create] button in the top right corner.

  1. Fill out the User Fields
  2. Select the Groups to add the user in.

Click [Save]

New Users

On creation, new users will receive an email with a temporary password.

For the first login:

  1. Navigate to your OptiPub URL.
  2. Enter the user email address and temporary password.
  3. Create a new password.
  4. Accept the User Agreement.

Afterwards, you will be directed to the User Preferences page.
